For 20 years, First Tee – Northwest Arkansas has used the game of golf to develop Game Changers by teaching life skills through our key commitments, helping youth build confidence, character, and resilience, especially those from under resourced communities. Because of generous investments from supporters like you, we are able to offer our outreach programming at no cost, ensuring access for youth who may otherwise be unable to participate.
We are more than a golf facility. We are a place where young people gain skills and values that carry far beyond the course.
As we celebrate our 20 year anniversary, we are focused on ensuring First Tee – Northwest Arkansas is here for the next 20 years and beyond. Your investment helps us expand access, remove barriers, and create our Student Education Center, a space designed to support youth not only on the course, but off the course through academic support, mentorship, and life skills development.

Where Does My Donation Go?
Every contribution to First Tee – Northwest Arkansas is invested locally and used to serve youth throughout Northwest Arkansas.
While some fundraising efforts are tied to specific events or campaigns, our ongoing support allows us to operate and expand essential programs year round. A significant portion of these funds ensures that our outreach initiatives remain completely free to the community. These programs include the Character Development Mobile Unit, Frame by Frame, Take a Swing, and adaptive golf and life skills instruction for students with physical and mental disabilities.
Donations also strengthen our Scholarship Fund and Financial Aid program, helping families access on course programming without financial strain.
Gifts that are not directed to a specific purpose are thoughtfully allocated to the area of greatest need at that time, allowing us to meet youth where support is most needed.
Because of your generosity, young people across Northwest Arkansas are able to experience character building, leadership development, and life skills education through the game of golf regardless of a family’s financial situation.
